DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION TO SEE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST? 

NO! It’s called Direct Access. In the state of Tennessee, we can treat a patient for 30 days or 15 visits without a doctor’s prescription for physical therapy. This saves many patients the time and expense of another office visit to their doctor as well as more time away from work. We will send the results of our initial evaluation to your doctor to let them know we’re treating you unless you specify otherwise.

How Much Does It Cost? It Varies By Your Situation.

• We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee health insurance.

• For those without health insurance or with high deductibles, we offer the following plan:

- Initial evaluation: $125.00

- Office visit: $100.00

• For all other insurance plans, we provide charges for out-of-network reimbursement to the patient.
